They had their reasons I'm sure. Most birds do it for less than a second. ( https://www.thespruce.com/how-do-birds-mate-386108 ) while bees do it once, with the male dying. Not exactly good role models for dragons.

I totally agree, Everyone Should have access to Nuclear power and weapons if they like......so long as they realize they will be held responsible for their actions and Use of them.
