Going to admit; this one took me a lot longer than usual.
In all honesty, I do not actually enjoy drawing out these sequences very much. So many different cleanups of the same thing over and over. Gets a bit monotonous and dull. However, I also do not like to leave a job unfinished, so I have discovered a compromise.
Experimentation.
This time around, I tried playing around with the lighting. Adomm's canvas, at one point between sequence 4 and 5, hit the light switch to turn the lights off, secluding himself in a pseudo darkness where the only light source is the TV. Normally my shadows assumed a top-lit source, but now that it was more direction, it forced me to make other guesses as to where the light hits. But, more importantly, it encouraged me to be more generous with the shadows.
This is the result. In my opinion, a much more dynamic version strip than the others. As always, critiques are welcome. However, continuing it like this will slow down the strip's production.
But you folk appear to be incredibly patient. How long have you been waiting for chapter 11 of... hmm, what did I call that story again?
