I did check that recently, though it would seem it's in the state of "hasn't updated in a long time and won't tell anyone what's happening with it", so unfortunately it's a bit of a coin flip on if it will or wont exist at the moment.
Plus, cease and desist. I'm moreso hoping they license it as an original game instead of risking getting the whole project shut down forever, plus then they can actually have proper ownership and can make money from their hard work.
