For me, most meaningful and favorite are both Across the Universe

I know how that is (:p) But moreover,

It calls me on and on across the universe

Reminds me how small and insignificant we all are in the scope of things, and how precious that fact makes each of us.

By sheer chance, Across the Universe isn't the Beatles song I consider the most meaningful - but it's my favorite of all of them. Possibly just because of song association. It reminds me a lot of Ann Arbor, which is a really special place, to me.
