new oc he dont have a name and probably could be more interesting besides his power But. i cant decide if hes also a vampire cause i kiiiind of want to include him in the pinocchio story but then i'd have to work in that kind of magic and i'm not sure that's really in keeping with the world. anyway i need to draw a lot more to get the feel of his power down and THEn i can maybe add some design elements besides shoes and hair. that was long and incoherent and i hope no one read it
