“Albertson’s”. West coast, US? The mural advertises BowTech, but portrays hunting with a rifle. With a scope on it (not legit by many U.S. state’s deer hunting laws.) Was the artwork painted on or a giant vinyl sticker? Pretty. Thanks for showing us. What doe you suppose such artwork says about the owner of this vehicle?
Yup. California, east side of the Sierra Nevada mountains and about an hour south of Mt. Whitney. Deer hunting with a scoped rifle is legal here and only bucks, doe are not legal to hunt. Many in this area are hunters and one guy I worked with hunted bear with a bow.
I never did look to see if it was paint of a sticker though.

To my eye, that is an elk, not a deer, on the front door. The antlers are too massive for any deer I've ever seen or heard of. I've hunted both for decades, so I believe I do have some small expertise. The other animals look a lot more like deer.
As to the scope, it's legal in all states during rifle season, afaik. There are too many hunting rifles on the market that don't have iron sights, even as an option, for scopes to be illegal. On a black powder rifle the rules are different and do differ widely from state to state. There are places where rifles are completely banned, and shotguns are used, due to the proximity of human habitation. Most of those are on or near the east coast, iirc.
As to the artwork, it's probably a sticker of some sort, professionally applied.
And as a guess, I'd say that the truck is seldom any dirtier than it is in the picture. Most folks who go for scare stickers and artwork would never risk their precious 'baby' off road. The lift kit and all the other goodies say 'testosterone' a lot louder than they say anything else.

Lots of Tule Elk from here north. In fact you have to watch on the highway.
There is a hay ranch along side US 395, that they love. CALTRANS put in a viewing area because people would stop to watch and take pictures. They also helped him establish the ranch due to the fact that the area was a major blowing dust problem before. So they solved the dust and accident problem and the wildlife people got a bonus for the elk. Kind of a win all round.
