Wow it's been well over 2 years since i posted anything, that's a little sad actually. Nevermind that.
Ok so what's up? Is he back? Has Reeje returned? Almost.
I'm feeling way artsy over the last few days and i've been pouring through my insanely unorganized files on my laptop to try and neatly compile all the artwork i have of my characters and what do i find but this unfinished gem from just before my sudden hiatus.
First let's marvel at how good this is. Makenzie is looking super cool and she wants to play vs mode with you OwO oh gosh what an offer. Real talk, this was going to be a YCH auction but i unfortunately never got around to it. Thankfully it still looks pretty good just as a stand alone drawing. I put so much work into that game console i can't even, i even redesigned the logo and the totally original company that made the game. Plus a custom dance pad design. (Extremely real talk, i've always wanted a custom DDR machine and that's how i'd design the pads, just saying).
This actually fits her and Maya's backgrounds perfectly as the tattoo/hair shop they run actually has one of these for customers to use while they wait.
That sums that up.
Now about me returning to art... nothing's set in stone, but i'd very much like to. This drawing isn't proof that i'm all in again since this was drawn over 2 years ago. But i'm surprised i stopped when i was making such cool stuff like this.
I guess i'll keep you posted, 2019 may definitely be the year.
