This is not an adopt. This is a custom character won by a customer in my telegram art chat during a Christmas give away. I'm getting around to posting it now because the give away was done with traditional art, and I offered to re-draw everything in digital soon as I could.
To be truthful this otter wasn't going to be part of the Christmas give away, and I wasn't happy with the first version of it at ALL. I just gave it away to anyone in my chat who wanted it because I just wasn't that happy with it at all. The second time around on digital I'm MUCH more pleased with this otter. Even down to it's colors.
