I wanted to play with the concept of a burned fire type so here he is!!
After the rabies outbreak, many trainers and officers were instructed to keep away from wild pokemon and any that were come across that showed signs of rabies were to be captured and the pokeball destroyed
This caused a lot of panic and oftentimes got both healthy pokemon and humans gravely injured

Oreo has always been sociable and aspired to have a trainer
Unfortunately, instead of becoming a companion, he was acid sprayed and disfigured badly enough that no one would want him
Despite it all he's still got the biggest warmest heart and is big gay with Jonas lol
