Well I don't draw much any more but I did water color quite bit so I know somethings

The nose lacks shading and a sharpness assoatied with "elf" noses. It comes out looking a tad fat at the base making look like a muppets nose

Head looks too big for the slumped shoulders and the ears look like their point out of the hair and not really connected with the head. Though Elf ears are pain to fucking draw.
