Quite a nice little project, this. The art is quite nice, and the facial features are quite good. The blinking adds something to it that would be missing in a still. Your skill is still great.
I would maybe suggest shortening the fingers just a bit, though. Even for sonic characters, they seem just a little long. But then, that's just me.
