Lately, I'd been behind schedule in posting 'photo-ops' of dogs I've seen (at the Swap Shop in Fort Lauderdale) on "Throwback Thursday". Compensate for my tardiness, I thought I'd post a series of 'dog pix' I'd recently taken on Saturday, January 19, 2019 - when my brother Glenn and I took in the annual "Delray Beach Festival of the Arts" on Atlantic Avenue...
Artists, sculptors, and other creative people came from all over Florida and other parts of the USA, to display their talents, and sell many unique artworks. At the same time, local visitors and patrons from the 'Sunshine State' (and even out-of-staters and 'snowbirds' from Canada) converged to this free event. And, of course, vendors were also out on Atlantic Avenue, selling their tasty wares (from hot dogs and pretzels to arepas and exotic meat dishes).
This first digital picture was taken (with the camera feature of my smartphone) upon a bridge that crosses the Intracoastal Waterway - with an isthmus and the beach (and road A1A) to the east, and the mainland (as seen) to the west. Watch for the impending 'photo-ops' of the dogs I saw at the art festival in a little while...
Said digital pictures will remain in my 'Gallery' until July, 2019 - when they will all be transferred to the 'Scraps' section of my "FA" site...
