You think Latias might be sad she can't fly. You weren't too sure about it until they brought in a copy of her original shape for a comparison.
With a grumble, you reluctantly begin your paperwork on requesting some better materials for something to get her off the ground. It's a bit of a project, but with the right stuff, you'd bet you could assemble something for it.
