I remember watching it ages ago. I was amazed to discover it's still being produced. My husband got the "complete set" as a Christmas gift. I felt that the series sort of tanked when they got back on the Dwarf and the nanobots had replicated the old crew--that was when I quit watching.
But yes, Cat is one of the best things about that show. Danny John-Jules does a terrific job.

if you watch "Back To Earth" which happens "Mid Season 10" they explain that was a fluke and why the crew disappears again is explained in the Bet Season EVER, season 9...
there isn't a season 9.
but there are 6 episodes in season 10, and 11... and there is even supposed to be a couple episodes in season 12.
more of a mini series that harkens back the the first 6 seasons when it didn't SUCK (because NO ONE liked season 8)
