Maybe you should stop taking these things literally. You are giving me too much importance. (doing the same thing as you complain, ha!) My opinion is not relevant to the video game industry. You'd have to be very silly to buy a game that you know you're going to hate, or too naive to buy it just because everyone talks about it.

As far as I understand, jokes are not to be taken seriously. In fact, both the franchise and the fandom itself are not something to be taken seriously. That's why I no longer consider myself a fan.
