That right arm seems a bit short for a Smoker, even if its a frilled lizard smoker. One of the reasons a Smoker is unique is its long, gangly limbs (which I always say look a bit like my college roomate's).
The face is spot on, good sir. Spot on. I really can feel the puckered and swollen mess that lies just beneath the character's skin (scales?). I could almost hear those piano notes announcing his arrival.
