I don't have a specific idea for his story, etc., but I can share my thoughts about him with you...
Well, Noro is one of those who were born from "Slimes". Each such creature is different, but all are characterized by high resistance and ease of adaptation.
He doesn't have a nose, but he uses something similar placed on his head from which a violet flame is extracted, which may (but does not have to) show his emotional / health status as well.
He is not "quiet" or "loud" although it keeps the distance from people around him ...
