Well, you're not exactly wrong. There is a brief scene in the movie (hard to make out in the "most wanted" edition, due to their ridiculous idea of widescreen, but...) where Robin is barefoot and does in fact have three toes on each foot. It's when he and Little John are disguised as fortune tellers and bow to Prince John when the carriage stops.
