Very...

I mean, she's following work-out routine 101. "Stretch before any work out"
She's stretching alight, or to be more precise, her twins are doing all the stretching. And forcing more stretch with that sports bra. And further emphasizing this by getting others to stretch...in certain areas between the legs...

Though at the same time, she's sorta contradicting the whole point of exercising. You do it to lose weight...
She's gaining weight thanks to that potion...though to be fair...it's weight in all the right places. Weight we certainly don't mind her gaining...even more in fact.
