I think tarnishing a beautiful warm scenery with something so fleshy and disgusting suits depression well. I didn't want to do a winter scenery despite it being an easy choice, so instead I turned this into something else.

There's only a few names left on my commission queue (yay!). I've spent some time thinking about whether I'm going to raise my prices when I open again. Art is one of the few things I have left in my free time that I find rewarding, and I enjoy it best when I can experiment and try to develop myself with every piece, take my time with each one and put thought and feeling into it.

While I want to keep it accessible, I'm currently getting paid more per hour to collect boxes. Can't say I am very passionate about collecting boxes. Same with my graphic design work, though that I do like.

I especially love making these song-inspired commissions, but if I want to keep making them so detailed I will more than likely have to heavily reconsider the pricing of my time.
