This bit of art was from back during the point in Fallout: Equestria's storyline where nobody was even sure if Littlepip was going to survive the end of the story, let alone being engulfed in Spike's dragonflame. Years later, it's still never been shown in MLP canon what happens if a living thing is "transported" this way, and likely never will.

Between discussing with friends and getting an Ask about it, we decided to make light of the moment by engaging in the "ponies sipping juice boxes" meme at the time.

FYI, you *really* wouldn't want to drink RADAway (or RAD-X) in any case. It's injected into your arm in the games because it's a powerful diuretic that flushes your system of radiation. Amusingly, there's a real drug now which accomplishes this; and it's called Ex-RAD. Seriously. Truth is stranger than fiction sometimes!
