About a year ago, I came up with "Team Tykebomb," a PCA team made up entirely of freshman Baby-type pokemorphs, and there was a distinct and tangible level of discomfort from some of the higher-ups in the PCA about the ethics of it.
...yeah, it's not like 90% of the cast isn't already made up of underage, sexually-active teenagers fucking like rabbits, er, Bunearies. Sheesh.
Anyway...since I was revisiting my old PCA characters anyway, I decided to take advantage of the passage of time and redesign my favorite from Team Tykebomb, Dory the Elekid, to look a little more her age. Yeah, she's still a Baby-type, flat as a board and proud of it, but a year of training at the school has burned away a lot of the baby fat and, while she's still lanky and gawkish, she's starting to actually look like a fighter.
Personality-wise, however, she hasn't changed a whit, constantly dragging her friends into one brainless prank or hare-brained scheme after another, drawing trouble like the walking lightning rod she is.
And,yes, I am already well aware of her physical similarities to my mascot character, Maisy. It is intentional, but not in the way you think.

I've been with the PCA since the beginning, and I stand by what I say, but, honestly, it's nothing worth complaining further about. There's more than enough people in it, especially nowadays, to get a broader experience (and, well, I happen to LIKE porn). Besides, it's not like I didn't warrant a few raised eyebrows since some of the first few pics of Dory ARE of her naked, despite her looking pretty young. I just felt the freak-out over the characters being Baby-types was unwarranted since one of the standing "rules" of the world is that evolution stage doesn't equal age. I was actually playing with the idea of drawing a pic of Dory as an adult, still in Elekid form, just to prove my point (namely that I think Electrabuzz are kinda ugly, LOL).
As for the other question, it depends on what project you're referring to. The planned roster of the revamped "Team Tykebomb" is going to be Gonbe (from the pic I uploaded with this one), Annie the Psyduck, and Vern the Venonat, but I don't know how active I'll be getting since I only just now seem to be legitimately breaking free of my 5-year art block and I don't know where my creative priorities lie yet.
If you're talking about some overall PCA project someone else has planned, though, I've been out of the loop too long to know anything.

aside from being a preteen with a seemingly confident and somewhat self-centered attitude, D.Selle doesn't bear too much semblance to Maisy, really.
