new year new me

i fell out of the furry fandom for a few months, in part because i felt disconnected from my old sona. i finally decided to remake, and combine elements of both my old sonas to create something new. plus this time i decided to go full wish-fulfillment instead of actually trying to represent me as i am. needless to say king here is taller and skinnier than i ever will be.
i'm still keeping thorn (no one would want him anyway his design is too plain) but i'm regarding king as my main sona from now on. here's pretty much everything you could ever want to know about him

i write way too much on my ref sheets lmao, it's probably obvious i'm more of a writer than a visual artist. i hope my handwriting is legible. also i heavily referenced the main poses from this one of another old sona by  madsmikkelsen which is probably worth mentioning
