Now I may be pushing myself, right (or even past) the ragged edge of my talents, but , if you don't make mistakes, you don't learn. So, I tend to get inspired by game campaigns I am in. I joined Roll20.net, to feed my love for Table Top RPGs, and found a GM and a group., and have been playing for the past 4 years or so. after the summer, I feel life is too short to coast, so I push. this one was 4 dayw of work, over a 1 hour pencil sketch, and though I can still see some issues, I think it turned out acceptably. This is my new player character, Theron the High Elf. he probably doesn't like your shoes... Photoshop over pencils. R U G G E L S / 2 0 1 9

The first thing I notice is a variation on Magnus' haughty "What smells" attitude toward those he believes his inferiors. If that was the plan you nailed it. He does seem to be leaning forward just a bit, but I suspect that's the better to look down his oh-so-perfect nose at the viewer.

That was definitely the intent. He's a variation on Magnus, but even more haughty and know it all. This was in Contrast to the helpful, Hero of the people, paladin I used to play. We did a one shot where i played a jerk character (and started by apologizing to the group for what was about to transpire, But it worked out so well with the uber-snarky Repartee, that Theron will continue with that tradition. so yes, completely intentional.
When i run games, I tend to sketch out sheets full of heads (There are a couple in my galleries from long ago), so I have personalities and types at a glance. I just developed a small sketch of Theron that I did during character creation in to this.
