When you get off from work, grab lunch, and IMMEDIATELY proceed to unwind after shutting the door to your flat. Time to do nothing for the rest of the evening. I'd like to say this mirrors Manuel, who probably ordered a Meat Lover's pizza or two and ended up eating on the (15 minute) drive back home. Your front door isn't soundproof Manuel. People can still hear the rumble in the floorboards and across the hall.
