Continuing my sudden desire to trace and colour One Piece characters, here is Perona.
She's a member of Gecko Moria's crew on Thriller Bark, and island-sized ship. She runs the spy network on the island using her Devil Fruit powers, the Hollow-Hollow Fruit. This allows her to produce 'Hollows' (ghosts) that she uses to spy on the current residences of Thriller Bark.

She can also use these ghosts to attack. When a Hollow passes through a foe, the foe instantly looses all will to live and fight, leaving them incapable of fighting. She can also produce special Hollows that explode on demand with the force of a grenade. Finally, she is able to turn herself into a ghost through Astral Projection. However, doing so leaves her body unconsciouss and vulnerable to attack, so she hides her body before doing so.
