Goodness Gracious this is magnificent!! >O< I love how you captured the leisurely atmosphere I was hoping for in this picture!! Great work with the confident looks on their faces, and that palpable feeling of friendship <3 it warms my heart seeing this, like it's a snapshot of their life. I'm also super impressed with the folds in the clothing- how the shirt is wrinkled towards Saito's shoulder, and the loose baggy look to the jacket Swiftt is wearing- it's very nicely done! and your skill with shading is really lovely here, there's such a great amount of depth and texture! The way you balance tones with the lineart is also so pretty~ That thick brushstroke look of the lines reminds me of calligraphy, and seems like it would be really hard to pull off, but it never once looks overwhelming, all the lines taper so nicely in all the right places, as a traditional artist I am truly quite envious! Also, I just LOVE the way you captured the build of the characters- the well toned muscles in Saito's arms, and the lean look of the legs even in the jeans- they've got really nice 'sporty' anatomy which works perfectly for them! And those markings, gosh you did them so nicely!! all the gradients look so pretty, and the shading doesn't take away from the clarity of the markings at all! And the background scene so nicely fits the characters, I am just delighted with how this came out! A great many thanks for doing this commission~
