This creature has already been adopted.
Tibats (tiger-bats) are a species famous for their many warriors, warlocks and mages. Each has a humanoid and a feral form they can shapeshift into (you are free to design the other form). Their wings are covered with magic runes. They are somewhat reclusive and establish their communities in remote mountainous locations. They are highly intelligent and even their caste of warriors considers themselves quite refined. Some Tibats are very fond of clothes and walk around clad in robes. Others not so much (often because it makes shape-shifting a bother) but they all agree to disagree on this.
They are a semi-open species, in the way that if you buy at least one from me, later you can design as many as you want yourself - as long as it is for your own use only, you cannot sell them and you need to always credit me as the species creator.
If you are getting one, you do not need to adhere to any lore, you can use them for whatever you want to in any other context, lore is just there for fun.
