Yea, but the more they do it, the more they will drive people to create their own methods. It wouldnt suprize me in a year or two we saw a new comer to the table to compete with people like mastercard and visa, marketing itself as "The right Credit company" or something like that to pick up every one that society is trying to throw in the dumpster.
Regardless of the motive behind it, The Dark Market is not a good name. It sounds like some place people go to on the deep web when they want to find drugs, kiddie porn or a hitman. Something along the lines of Indy Market or Artist's Market might make it sound a bit less illegal.
