Barnaby, or 'Barney' if you are feeling lucky, was a platypus park ranger and survivalist who usually works alone.
Electing to live and survive alone in his assigned national park and shooing whoever trespasses, not a lot knew about him or dared to find out.
His reasons seemed fair enough, to keep nature safe.
Nowadays he does not stay put but travels the natural world, reluctantly with a few mates.
