Thank you :) Just a different love language, both can be equally genuine. Some prefer verbal acknowledgement while others prefer good deeds. Fox is a do-er, I like to think he's more than willing to work his hands raw and dirty to please Krystal.

I do think anyone making characters, especially if they plan any romantic stuff, should skip on reading up on the Five Love Languages. My primary is Physical Affection, followed close behind by Words of Encouragement, or whatever it's called. Service, funny enough, is kinda at the bottom of my list, but I've tried to appreciate it more since it's my mother's primary language. Quality Time and Gift Giving kinda share third place, as I like both, yet I don't think they're quite that important to me. Still like gifts though.

Hmm. Maybe I should add this to my character sheets when making profiles. Might be a good thing to remember, and it'd add some subtle clues as to what's happening between two people.

Or just get my fans arguing over who was right or wrong in a disagreement or a misunderstanding. XD Fan theories are pretty wild, no?

It’s important to give your characters depth. Make them more relatable. You should totally add them to your character sheets!

The characters of Fox and Krystal (among others) were utterly assassinated by StarFox Command, it was basically "The Last Jedi" before StarWars The Last Jedi. I love this image man, it shows how Fox and Krystal likely were. Krystal didn't need her telepathy to see through Panther's flashy words and actions. For the most part Panther was just trying to get laid by an exotic blue Cerenian.

Fox actually knows Krystal, took the time to know her and did things precisely to make her happy. That's real love. Keep it going man!

I'd say its probably a case of, depending on canoon, lost mother at a young age, military/merc father, lost father. At this point he's someone who did not get to learn the simply life of growing up. Essentially he grew up too fast, so honestly I'd say Krystal would be the one who'd work to humanize him.
I say this as a military brat. Moving around a lot, you have a different mentality going on in your head.
