The Fine-Tooner, a master cartoon with all the powers that entails. Which is basically godlike to a character bound to semi-realistic laws of physics. The only way to drive him away (and fix all those transformed in the immediate area) all one has to do is speak his real name... Too bad no one knows what that is!

My guess on what that new foe was was right, but I totally went wrong with what he looks like...
