And how long that take? Usually I hear people going "Wait I had to save a princess?" while doing side quests and leveling up gear XD soon as I get my game back from my cousin I wont have much fear to play it since I was in college at the time and was afraid if I touched it I would not be able to focus on homework.
Ahh yes, the hot footed frog memory. Truly, one of the most adorable of the memories in the game.
I really enjoy this game. It just hits all the right points for me, especially with the disappointment I've been getting from Bethesda lately. I mean... yea, it was kind of a genre shift for the Zelda series, but in a good way. You still had the action/adventure RPG core to the game which is classic for Zelda, then you also apply an open-world RPG dynamic.
The only thing I really didn't like was that there were no *long* dungeons, the four boss dungeons weren't really all that big. Dense and compact and feature-filled, yes, but not particularly long. I could've done with fewer shrines in favor of maybe other instanced stuff like caves or something, and longer dungeons.
I also wasn't particularly fond of the durability numbers on the weapons, in general they felt like they broke way too fast, even if you could pick them up just as quickly. I feel that having weapons less common in exchange for more durability, and maybe a repair mechanic, would've been better overall.
