I've had this character for months and couldn't think of a proper name for her. I'm going with Delilah for now. She's one of the many siblings of Peter Torken of the Prairee Chikenz (Monkees tribute band) and has the typical quirky, silly personality associated with the Torken family.

The art style is based heavily on the 1990s "101 Dalmatians" movie memorabilia, specifically the stuffed animals made by Applause. Even though the movie had real dogs, they made adorable brown-eyed cartoon characters based on the real puppies Dipstick, Two-tone, Lucky, Wizzer, Jewel, and others. I've always wished that Disney would've made a cartoon series based on this art style since they used it on everything from face mugs to coloring books, but they never did. All of my OCs from the Torken family are based on this art style.
