The thing with my interpretation of angels is that they have an alien look to them, if angels live in heaven and heaven is above us, what else is above us? ALIENS!!! This guy in particular has a sort of Frieza design to him with the jelly looking patches on him, I'll probably tweak his design a bit but overall I like how it is: Alien Bruce Lee if he was Frieza.
