Rune-Star
The one known as Rune-Star is the latest in a long running family of heroes wielding mystical powers granted by runes that manifest on their bodies. Taking up the mantle after his father, the famous Silver Cowl, Rune-Star has quickly become one of Coast City's most recognizable heroes thanks to the key costume feature he and his family share, which is the cloak and hood. A symbol from their past, representing the figure that had granted their bloodline the runes of power to begin with.
As for Rune-Star's powers, they seem to be focused around physical traits, as he's shown enhanced speed, reflexes, durability, and strength. In addition to being able to summon weapons, then fuse two or more to make a stronger weapon.
