Why not post the alt in scraps, or at least link it? Twitter has awful image hosting (coverts to artifacted jpg and heavily compresses the image unless you know a url trick), so posting it here would be categorically superior. Also, anyone who visits this in the future, if it's not linked, would have to scroll through every single post you've made since to find the alt if it isn't linked, which chances are they wouldn't bother to do.

Mh you're right, posting it here would be better, but I don't want to fill up inboxes of people watching me, some aren't interested in alts at all most of time. The best solution Is probably to link to the Twitter picture, which I'll do right away

Considering the volatility of sites like Twitter (and FA, really), I would also recommend a repository of your work, such as a Google Drive folder. This way you could post the original, full resolution images quickly and easily (just drag and drop) and link the folder they're in. But that's just my internet archivist speaking.
