Introducing a new character of mine that *gasp* isn't a xenomorph!
Anyways, if you want to know what the heck that thing is, just follow this link: CLICKY
It'll bring you to the DA page of the one who invented the Necrohound Race.
Everything can be found there. From races to appearance to lore to whatnot.
As for my little pup:
Name:Lethe (demonic entity)
Gender: Born Male
Ranking: Blackguard (possessed Necrohound)
History:
The Necrohound possessed by Lethe has a history of his own which is displayed by his very pattern. Originally, the line running below his eyes was reaching as far as the markings on his body do. However during the life of his previous incarnation, something must have happened that caused the line to break.
A break in the line usually indicates and untimely death, an unsuccessful life or a possession by a demon. Since Necrohounds can live for several hundreds, if not thousands of years, it's impossible to track this down.
Judging by the next set of patterns, it can be seen that the two later incarnations where quite successful, most likely attaining the rank of Alpha or at least Beta platoon leader. The last pattern in the line is again a broken connection, this one showing his current incarnation: possession by the demon Lethe.
Upon emerging from the mists of purgatory, Lethe's first encounter was a lone Omega who had detected something. Recognizing the demon's change it has made to the host, it attacked. Despite being disoriented as after effect from the birth, tapping into the host's past allowed Lethe to quickly counter the Omega's assault. The fight was short and brutal, leaving Lethe scarred and her assailant floored, the better part of his body shredded bloody ribbons.
Lethe's possession has given this necrohound a larger set of claws, an elongated tail with scythe morph and a bigger spiked protrusions on the back. Please not that Lethe is still a work in progress concerning the mutations. The only thing fixed so far are the markings and colorscheme.
Necohounds and this refsheet were designed and drawn by Dante-D at Deviantart.
Lethe is mine.
I'm sorry if you're disappointed 'cause I didn't draw a xeno.
Don't worry, they'll come... eventually.

He looks very....electric...y....
either that or he is drowning, or in space with the lights of a spaceship illuminating him, or he is just a molecule that is making up a single blueberry, or some mystical spirit entity, or some bit of recyclable blue plastic, or a very elaborate knife with the tail as a handle being washed, or some part of a night sky, or a hyper chlorinated vodka, or a new species of plum...there are a LOT of things this could be! It leaves me confused for some reason.

It's due to the lack of a decent background he was forced to stand before a green screen. the picture was edited by some lazy moron with basic Photoshop knowledge. So instead of something decent, he went with a basic glowy background.
Needless to say, the guy is now neatly stuffed in the compost heap.
The drowning isn't very realistic, they're spirits so they can't die of regular causes. I like the space theory, I do think that' possible if an alien race manages to summon him. Bullseye on the spirit entity bur I wouldn't go with the blue plastic, looks a bit too silly to manufacture. I'm not sure about the knife-thing, but it would have a similar effect if it ran between your legs and jumped little. Yeah...
It's a bit too weird for being night sky and hyper chlorinated vodka doesn't really sound like my kinda thing. >_o
As for the plum-theory, I suggest you stop drinking earlier mentioned vodka and click on the link above.
It explains exactly what the species is without you having to break your head about it.
Off you go now, lad. Go on, click that link now, there's a lot of reading to be done. Pip pip.
