I enjoyed Iggi's work; the colours are so nice and arranged in a very pleasing way, and the character seems fun and lively, even in the reference! I like references that show a hint of personality - it's very common for the characters to be standing in a more or less "default" or "blank" sort of manner, so these sorts of showcases are really fun to see.

Solaxe's work has a lot of beautiful colours and contrasts; I'm fond of muted tones offset by a splash of bright colour, and this is a great example of that.

My favorite for this one is Mynaleth's work though; it's just too adorable of a moment and I love it.

*huffs* Come on now - your work is such a treat, it's always a feature in my mind.

Iggi's work is always very creative. The lady has a brilliant mind for unique creature creation, and is excellent at including emotion and character traits within the body language and expressions. If you really want to see how creative she is, look through her gallery at some of the "monster" type creatures she came up with. 1) She can work creative wonders with just about any creature, real or fantasy... 2) she can make anything look sexy, which is crazy when you see some of the stuff she's done. :P

Agreed on the awesome colour contrasts stuff on Solaxe's picture - that always pops so nice in a picture, long as it's not too overdone.

And OOPS! That last one made me realize I missed a mistake - someone linked that to Mynaleth, but the artist is Silverscarf and Mynaleth is the commissioner. Fixed! And yes, very adorable. :)
