A few dozen times? I print in ABS and use a paintbrush to brush acetone over surfaces to smooth and seal them when mold making.
And used the filler paint(with sanding as the print had some heavy layer lines, something that would be less or not needed for a more detailed model) for a series of demonstration prints showing how different methods work.
