NEW YEAR NEW ME

Basically I have been feeling unsatisfied with kipa for some time now but I tried to grin and bear it bc I'm hesitant to change and I also felt like i had to keep her the same for my Brand ™ but part of 2019 is fully embracing what I love and enjoy so... I took some time to update her, It will take time to get used to the change but I'm really happy. 

Things to pay attention to:
-EAR NOTCH is key aspect of her design, it's not fluff, its not optional
-Her POWERFUL AHOGE can be any size tbh dont sweat it I am just extra 
-STAR MARK is on her HIP, not her butt, not her knee 
-NO BOOBS OR STRONG CURVES
-She has good control of her electric powers, as for her psychic powers they take a lot of energy out of her. For now she can only use telekenisis on reasonably sized objects and teleport short distances in emergencies. If she tries to move something too big or teleport too far she gets drained and passes out. 
-She wears fairykei, yumekawaii, lolita and all kinds of cute/colorful j-fashion clothes. The image in the ref is an example not an outfit so if you draw her use a DIFFERENT outfit. 
-Kipa is cute but modest, do not draw her in any revealing or sexual clothes/situations (Read: GIRLY OR TOMBOY STYLE not feminine or mature)
-Kipa is pescatarian like me, she eats plants and fish.
