Yes, it shows up as a submission to watchers but I don't think it shows up on the front page or your gallery (only your scraps section). I think what "Elemental theme the FoxTalesTimes website is popular for" means is some picture that represents what FTT is generally about. So any fur in a diaper would probably work.
Eh, I was on FTT a long while back but, when it became dominated by griefers and people that are allowed on the net with absolutely NO sense of humor I kinda quit the forums. I check the front page every monthish for new stuff though... off the non-topic thing, it shows up to watchers and I think that in all honesty, a random fur in a diaper would pretty much be the best mascot for FTT... Or an ogre XD
