Red Shetland through History, 14th century armor
tesral wanted another Red Shetland through History piece. This time wearing 14th century plate armor of a knight. She'd have to be tough and strong to lug and fight in that weight on her body.
To Quote AppleJack "She's certainly a strong pony!"
I enjoy doing these historical pieces.

This is the basic uniform of an Earthforce Marine trooper. https://www.julienslive.com/images/.....33/11337_0.jpg

Totally correct! Found a REALLY interesting video of how a knight would have trained for duty, complete with a person in the same harness and armor of the time doing the same things. The scene of the fellow scaling a climbing wall in full plate armor definitely surprised this wuff! WOW!

Hmm my concern is that by this time frame the crossbow and the English long bowman were starting to herald the end of the knights. However, as a huge fan of Age of empires Ii I will admit I love the design of her plate armor. Plus, that cape just makes it feel all the more that she is a noble of sorts
I posted info here, its in the comments. https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/9008823/
Guess I'll wait around to see her in the 15th Century as a Landsknecht with the flamboyant poofy shouldered, and chested clothes, squarish toed shoes, (or not since she has hoovies), hose, and short one-hander landershnect sword, and the huge 9-foot long Zwei-hander.
No more Landsknecht....Years ago I had the SCA Landers bug the shit out of me to produce a shirt for them. And I did, and those bastards refused to buy it because it wasn't colorful enough. I'm STILL stuck with those shirts and that left a bad taste in my mouth.
...how many shirts? I used to be an outstanding salesman/closer once before I made the mistake of becoming a truck driver in my last job. I still found opportunities to that I could go into if I didn't have a load to take to buttfuck Texas.
I was able to figure out the scam the trucking company uses on all the drivers though in that the load is not the measly $1,000 dollars, but is more like several tens of thousands of dollars, and being late is only bad for the shipping warehouse, but in reality makes the load's price skyrocket due to scarcity! You won't notice this on the surface you have to watch (in) how it is actually no big deal when weather, traffic or road construction police actions delay you to be LATE. And the reaction of your bosses.
Or how they look the other way when you drive less than three miles an hour to get the load to the shipper warehouse in the last twenty miles, (why is the telemetry only kicks in IF you go over 5mph, to DOT. The reason for doing this is because you get the bonus for getting it there that day, and after by DOT regulations your driving time ran out for the day and you are supposed to wait 11 hours before driving again!!!)
So I was let go because I read the riot act back to my driving manager(s) (I had twelve in my first year - getting passed from one to the next asshole) who would be on my back about something that happened to me, (unlucky again), and was being a dick to me for, yet they never drove a truck on a schedule and have no actual idea what is involved!
Anyway, I would notice sales deals of other products that I could close had I not been driving a truck for a terrible company that paid its main employees peanuts while raking in millions.
