Rushing Tide(Cháoxī)
The one who calls himself Cháoxī claims to hail from the land of China as a member of the famous Kaliuga Clan that calls the land home, and that claim is backed up by the belt he wears, which bears the sigil of that particular Clan. It is suspected that he may be related to fellow hero Dragonheart, who bears the Kaliuga sigil on the chest of his costume as his symbol. Whatever the truth is, though, Cháoxī is devoted to helping others as much as any superhero does.
His powers are water based, giving him a wide range of abilities he can use, from offensive surges to healing injured allies. He also appears to have training in martial arts, and is a graceful combatant, moving as fluid and changing as the water itself. This makes him a tricky opponent to hit or inflict much damage on.
