I am looking forward to it personally. Since a kid I always wanted to see a realistic Lion King.

It's beautiful. Even if the new lion king isn't like the ones we grew up with it doesn't mean the old one will go away. When I'm worried about a new movie or show I just take it as a new thing. If anything these new movies will give us a chance to re-experience the stories we all grew up with. Worse comes to worse just remember it's just a retelling with the same name.
