It's still continuing, it just got a new page posted over a month ago. The artist is going through some tough times, that's why it's taking so long between updates. They want to continue but can't. You can see a comment they left on the KU Page #147 upload, in Mastergodai's Scraps, explaining their reasons why. And to give you a quick explanation: Important parts of Life are getting in the way of more than the webcomic, & they shouldn't be.
