I love how the expression is actually expressing a very very mild distaste, or just not pleased with whomever bound Eternal up. It actually looks like Eternal is not amused and could give a few words to the person in a very formal manner, and none of the words have any true negative emotion behind them save for a small displeased tone. .v.

From his attire this could be a modern day setting and I'm imagining Eternal has currently found himself captured by someone whom is expecting him to be afraid and perhaps begging for mercy, someone whom fancies themselves a villain and with a flair for the dramatic and an overly inflated ego. Eternal having found himself in countless such situations before and his captor not being an attractive lady is finding it all a little tiresome so maintaining his dignity is giving them a stern look but giving them no satisfaction. Already he's worked out exactly when and how he'll free himself and what particular lesson he'll teach this amateur though he'll begin with a little constructive criticism of their bondage techniques which don't quite make up for in enthusiasm what they lacked in imagination.
