Shared Identity: Kitsune Suit Fusion Icon
When my good friend Nakase mentioned that she was thinking of drawing an icon for the story that I have been writing I *had* to commission her!
The picture shows a cutaway of the insides of the magitek 'fursuit' in the story. The suit's maker, Keagan, has to wear a second suit under it that he calls a 'neural link suit' to interface with the outer costume. This design was meant to allow the fursuit to behave like an exosuit that would move naturally with him and even allow its tails to be controlled by him.
An unknown 'bug' in the suit has caused it to become much more effective than expected. Not only does it move with him, the suit now feels like his own body! To make things weirder, Keagan finds himself thinking that he is a kitsune, and he could swear that the suit itself has developed a mind of its own as well...
