The Arch-Lich. A supervillain with the power to create and turn into an energy that puts people in a death-like state of paralysis and all sorts of robots and henchmen at her disposal. At least, she used to be a supervillain. Now she's trying the hero thing, but without changing her name or costume. After all it's so hard to get a new brand going. Also why not use the same robots and traps and henchmen she used to use before?
