Timeless Cast (103/???): Vitaly Quantum
To think that we're in the year of our lord 2019, and I'm still not done with this challenge. Anyway, let's not waste any more time and introduce the next character- Vitaly Quantum. Vitaly is the youngest of the Quantum Bros., though unlike his older bros he's not interested in science or royalty, he just wants to brawl. He enjoys fighting and wants to become a warrior for the royal army. Much like his brothers, Vitaly also has elemental powers- with his being the unbelievable ability to control ice and create ice, something that baffles both Vincent and Victor and wish to study more in the future.
Yes, we have a brawling dragon which, for a more minor character, he was a lot of fun to design, and he has one of my favorite poses- very action-y and energetic, just the kinds of poses I love. So I hope you guys enjoy this new year of art, and new (final) set of characters to go!
